I started browsing for a water company today to help with our well water. Then I remembered I never left a review for this awful experience 3 years ago. We had our water tested in June of 2015. The salesman guaranteed we would have drinking water with a system to the tune of $3800. After installing it, the water smell went away but it was too salty to drink. We were ok with that. After three weeks we noticed the smell came back. We called Culligan and they sent someone out. They replaced something and went on their way. We waited a bit to see if it worked, and it didn't. So we called again. They replaced another part. Again we waited and it still didn't work. They came out again and replaced the whole system. System worked for 3 weeks again and failed. When I called, they told me "that salesman doesn't work here anymore", after he guaranteed we would have drinkable water. They asked for MORE money to try another system. We decided not to give them any more time or money since they wouldn't stand behind their product or salesman in the first place. Beware...they scammed us and we are left with a $3800 water softener.

Worst customer service. If I could give zero stars I would. The employee acted very unprofessional and was extremely rude. Will be taking my business else where. Don’t waste your time.
