Creative Management & Tax stole my 2023 tax refund. My tax refund mysteriously was sent to an account opened in my name in New York City. Someone changed the routing number on my tax return after I had signed it last April. The company has not refunded my lost refund nor have they even called me to discuss it. I would NOT use this company. I had use them for 16 years before that with no incident.

Best decision I made was going here to get my taxes done for 2014! If I could rate them higher than 5 ... I would! The staff there was very accommodating. The whole process from start to finish was pleasant. Brian helped get me the best possible refund possible. Incredibly knowledgable, quick, and thorough. AFFORDABLE as well! He helped me to receive an impressive refund, and the cost for their services really surprised me!
