I'm incredibly surprised. The staff is truly wonderful, have an amazing patience, and took their time explaining all health plans and options. I hope I spell the name correctly, but Tatiana had such an amazing customer service, did not feel rushed at all and took her time explaining everything. Thank you so much!

Truly an unexpectedly great experience. I seldom get sick, and always think that the process for health insurance seems too difficult. However, I was wrong. It was actually a very straight forward process and was very happy with it.

If you don't have health insurance, I highly recommend calling here to get more information.

This office is amazing! I had struggled with the application process online and had given up on trying to apply for coverage. I was referred to Carmen by a friend and hands down this was the best referral I have received in my life. Carmen is amazing! She took time to access my file and fix any errors I had made to ensure everything would go through correctly. Because of her it was processed and approved! She took her time and explained everything thoroughly to me. She was patient, kind, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. I was dreading the call because I thought it would be stressful, but it was anything but that. She had everything done about 30 minutes. I am so grateful for Carmen. I really hope management sees this and gives her the props she deserves!
