Very disappointed in this Bank. We came to them for a home mortgage. Upon an initial review of our situation we were told it looked good. We were asked at least 10 different times to supply additional documents over 4 1/2 weeks ( yes 4 1/2 weeks to evaluate a loan). We incurred expenses for inspections and the seller removed the house from the market based on the loan underwriters word that all was good. Then BOOM 6 days before closing they decide they will not do the loan. The person that said it looked good from the beginning was the one that denied it over 1 MONTH later.
These people have no conscience and screw with peoples lives with no concern. I will not recommend them to anyone.
I can not express to anyone reading this enough to use caution in dealing with this organization.
Seller of the home got hurt, real estate agent was lied to and we were tortured for 4 1/2 weeks .
What a shame for a home town Bank to be so uncaring

They don't care how long you wait to use the ATM.
Only 1 person is taking care of the drive through while everyone else is just wondering around inside
