I have had both Homeowners insurance and Car insurance from Cortie Dove, State Farm for one year now. He was recommended by my neighbor. When I first went to his office I met the office manager Desiree Vanderpool, who has been handling my account. My previous insurance agent gave me nothing but trouble regarding small issues with my house. Desiree was positive and helpful from the start. She suggested I also get Auto insurance from them, enabling me to save even more money than the good deal I was being offered. Desiree called me today to discuss how many miles I drive each year, suspecting the company might have made a mistake with their calculations. What a pleasure to have an insurance agent that is always looking out for my best interest. With all the other problems that are going on now it sure is nice that I don't have to worry about insurance issues.
