BEWARE!!!! I work for a water agency and we made a payment OVER 9,000 to pay our Edison bill. A couple days later we received a call from Edison letting us know the payment did not go through. We called Cortes to see what happened and they stated it was because our bank did not have enough money to cover the check. THERE IS NO WAY THIS IS POSSIBLE!

So after continuing the conversation over SEVERAL days it was determined Cortes ran the check as EFT rather than a check so now the check is sitting somewhere in Limbo (they don't know). It has been over a week and we have spoken to: Rolando, Daisy, & Ruth to get this resolved, but they seem to care less.

I explained I can cancel the other check and resend a check to edison, but I would like them to cover the fees for their mistakes and they continue to give me the run around.

When I ask to speak to the owner or manager they say she is only in once in a while and could not give me a direct line of contact.

THIS IS NOT HOW YOU DO BUSINESS!!!
