Absolutely awful company to work with and manage employees retirement.
Their platform is archaic and getting any information is impossible without reaching out to their customer service representatives, who provide you with conflicting information.
Completing a rollover of funds into another retirement account has taken well over a month and Correll has taken about 35% in "forfeited" fees.
This company is garbage and point blank steals your money. I am beyond disappointed that they were chosen by our employer to manage our retirement. Stay away from Correll, there are so many better options out there.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. I called to get assistance navigating the website and to ask questions about my 401k. The employee that answered the phone was courteous and professional. He was able to help me with the website setup and insisted on staying in the line until he was certain my problem was solved. The same person was able to answer all my questions concerning my 401k. Stay away from this company. They are hungry money thieves. They built the company to steal your money and generate salaries for the owners. Only $2,000 return after 4 years 401k investment. Unfortunately Google doesn’t have zero star review.
