My family had owned the home we just sold for over 50 years. Cesar Cortez, my agent, made this sell such a smooth transition for us. I would highly recommend him to anyone selling their home. He is trustworthy, honest and an expert in the real estate market. I am very grateful for the creativity, excellent service and handholding he did through this process. This Company rented out an illegal dwelling, the toilets stopped working, forcing the tenants out due to unlivable conditions ( the place was not legal already to be rented out) the tenants were told they would be refunded their deposit and rent, they only lived there a couple weeks and now this lovely Company isn't giving the tenants who were forced to move out, their money back. Now they have to get the legal system involved when this Company never should have rented or taken on this rental since it was unlivable and illegal but to not give these people their money back is absolutely a crime and anyone doing business with shady people should look out for this guy and how he handles business. Shady, shameful and not a place to do business with , took advantage of these poor renters. WATCH OUT.

Only a scam company would call people that are on a "Do not call" list.

-- The response still doesn't explain why a "So called" reputable company would call people that have signed up for the do not call list. The only companies I have doing that now are "SCAM" companies.
