We've been using Coppell H&A for several years and have an annual maintenance contract. Their technicians have always been polite and professional. Danny came out today and cleaned our a/c unit. It had a dead rat in it and was full of leaves. Look how clean it is now!

Such an awesome and hassle-free experience! Called to ask about an estimate for some renovation work and Austin Short was on-site the very next day. He is super knowledgeable and gave us a couple of recommendations and options. Then Lori called and scheduled the work for the very next day. Danny Dunn and Marco showed up first thing, completed the work, showed us how to operate the new device and our upstairs is now cool and controlled by my phone from anywhere. A terrific company who really care about their customers and make sure the house temperature is comfortable and the right solution is in place. Thank you Coppell Heating & Air!!!

On 10/17/24, Leo came out to do our winter check-up and he was very professional, friendly and efficient. He was also very thorough, even notified us of a gas odor that may be coming from hot water heater, which was VERY responsible and much appreciated! We want Leo for all future visits!

Today, exact same thing happened! Called late last night as our 2nd unit went out and, at 10AM today, Austin came and quickly diagnosed problem - capacitor (again)! Austin was also VERY professional, friendly and quickly replaced the capacitor! We SO appreciate the prompt response and great service!

Two weeks ago, I'd called answering service at 9:30PM as living room A/C was 80 degrees and not cooling. At 9:10 AM next day, Braulio Meraz came and, within 30 minutes, he diagnosed and fixed the problem (needed new capacitor)! Braulio was very professional, friendly and efficient. He did a great job and cooled us off again! Thanks for the great service and quick turn-around!

Coppell Heat & A/C is the reliable company you want to find on your first search. I started using them in the '90's, and I will never call anyone else. Danny was early today, and was done in minimal time. Every employee has been so nice and efficient.
