I am very disappointing at the new receptionist at the front desk. Me as a business owner. I train my folks to share my name when people ask for me as I am always looking to meet new people and do business with them. I asked for the name of the owner & the manager and the receptionist was very rude to provide that. She cut me off completely and hung up after i asked for her name. It is sad to have this type of employees ruin your potential business. And your reputation with the community

The receptionist at the front is very rude, disrespectful and unproperly trained.. No manners, and quite frankly, she gives a bad reputation for the entire office.

It's a insurance agency, the people are nice and polite but like almost any insurance agency make sure you you go over everything that your policy is going to cover before you pay for it and make sure you ask any and all the questions you have because when it comes to insurance no question is a bad or wrong question, one thing I can say is that the people who are there are nice and polite also they will try and help anyway they can and will always help with any questions you have.Thank you and have a wonderful day 😎
