I wish I could give them negative stars. I contacted them for the first time in March and they have literally called me everyday since from numbers with different area codes (each call has an area code from a different state in the US) They wanted to charge me $99 for a phone consultation but something felt fishy and I decided to pass on them. Now, I can't get them to stop calling. Thank goodness I read reviews from others saying they just take your money and nothing gets done. Please beware and don't even initiate contact. I hired them for an order protection. After my daughters great grandmother walked into the courthouse and lied about who had custody when there is a perennial plant and put a restraining order on me and my daughter. Gillett didn’t file one motion and clearly tried to trick me out of custody I think because my daughter’s brother’s mother is a drug addict judge’s kid. All this man had to do was present the parental plan I provided in these people didn’t even provide an invoice for the work they supposedly did, which was nothing. After constantly telling me he didn’t represent me in family court, which I was planning on hiring, he was not interested in representing me at all and didn’t p noOne motion in, and I believe faked going to court.

Edit: Since this review, I have been called by their customer service representative and I have felt more heard about my issues thus far and I will be reimbursed for a couple missed appointments on their end. I am feeling more confident about them handling my case.

I hope that further down the line, there is more communication between the law firm and the client and that if there are appointments, for them to call and the send important documents in a timely manner.

Do not choose this law group, They Call you non stop for a payment and they said that the person would get out of their situation. But while we were collecting cards and other stuff for them he got deported already and when we first spoke to someone they said that we could get a refund, but we called for a refund they would not give it. DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Please be warned!!! They are running a scam in that businesses. They are very deceiving and sneaky and then very rude when I called back to cancel their services. I called for a free consultation and they tricked me into signing a electronic form which they explained to me was a consent to release our information related to our immigration process and without my knowledge, they charged my credit card $170 even before they were able to help me. The “lawyer” I spoke with didn’t have a clue and never really gave us any advise. They promised to call the next day and we never receive a call again. I had to call my credit card and report the charges as an unauthorized transaction. When I finally was able to speak to the office and ask for a refund, the guy was extremely rude and hung up on me. Please save yourself a headache and stay away from this place.

I would like to recommend this law firm, they are very patient, knowledgeable and very helpful, they helped my mom with her immigration status, they were there and we needed clarification on stuff, very professional, I also want to thank them for all of their hard work, their stuff and lawyer helped us a lot! Couldn’t be happier!

The dispatcher is helping me with my immigration process she explained the steps to follow, the one that helped me is Iris Gabriel. She was extremely helpful and supportive, and her explanations were very easy to understand.
