Great service, only complaint I have is that the office hours are misleading. On the door and online it shows that they open at 8am. However the doors aren’t open till 9. Probably should change that.

I have been a customer for 5 yrs and if I could give 10+ stars I would! Monica has been taking care of me for a few yrs now and I can’t rave enough about her. Monica and staff have always treated me with kindness and respect! The entire team is professional and down to earth! I highly recommend them for all your personal financial needs! TOTALLY RATS! I get a financial help with a car N THEN I HAD A CAR ACCIDENT MY INSURANCE PAY A LOT OF MONEY FOR THE CAR N THEY SAY THEY WILL HELP ME WITH ANOTHER CAR BUT THEY JUST GET THE MONEY FROM MY INSURANCE AND THEN THEY IGNORED MY NEEDS HELP! BUT DAYS LATER THEY WAS CHARGING ME MORE MONEY FOR THE LOAN N THEY WAS ANGRY BECAUSE I WONT PAY ANY! N I will not pay! NO BECAUSE THEY DONT DESERVE IT I HOPE THE UNIVERSE AND KARMA HIT SO STRONG DIS COMPANY FOR LYING AND I WILL KEEP PRAYING FOR KARMA OR LIFE GIVE TO THEM A HARD LESSON! CUZ I ALWAYS MAKE MY PAYMENTS ON TIME AND THEN THEY DONT EVEN HELP ME

Idk about everyone else, but this agency has been very helpful . I've had a loans with them for years, everything and everyone has always been very smooth. They're very helpful, if you ever got "attitude" from any of them, then maybe you're not communicating correctly. Respect is mutual. Great job & thank you for you help everyone!

Best experience I have ever had with a loan agency, every time I go in the girls are so sweet, they know who I am, they always help me when I need them the most, will continue to do business with them, I've been coming to them for the past 5 years. If you pay your loan on time consistently they go the extra mile for you whenever you need them. I also love the new remolding they did, and the new staff they brought in, along with the original staff they kept. Big thank you to Jessica & Erica for specifically always helping me!

I have been coming here for almost 3 years now, only had a few loans and every-time is easy! Cash/check in hand in less than 30 minutes. Friendly staff, willing to work and accommodate with your needs. Never had any issues! Being apart of their car club is a huge benefit for onside road assistance, etc. Highly recommend if money is tight and just need a quick pick me up.
