The office is big and has parking right in front, at the front desk it took a while for someone to help but was helped. There is a board of sales completed as well as insurances sold with the loans,(the employee incentives) finally a lady did help and she was wearing jeans and a t shirt. The other ladies in the place are also very casual, unfortunately it doesn't feel professional.
The good thing is that they were able to help finance a vehicle due to not the best credit. But at the same time it seems they are doing you the favor by doing the loan when it's a mutual agreement.
Speaking of the agreement, there was an membership included for a company named Fortegra motor club in the loan and the lady said it had to be there, I was a loan officer at one point and it is illegal to force something. Oh and it was not disclosed, we had to ask about it since it needed a signature. She said it could be canceled within a certain amount of time, but I know once it's there it's part of the loan regardless since there is interest being gained on the amount even if it's canceled.
Hope they fix this before they get in trouble.
To do better practices, most people don't say anything but one will.

I've been trying to reach out to this company for over a month. First time i called, i asked to speak to KYLE because i want to specifically speak to a manager. I believe her name is "TANIA" was so rude and unprofessional over the phone one of the things she did point out was " You should have time to come in person and speak to someone who let you borrow money". Not taking to any consideration what someone might be going through at the moment. She didn't let me speak, she made me feel like she was insulting me over and over again and to top it off she ended the conversation by saying " We will contact your employer, and WE WILL SEE YOU IN COURT" then hung up the phone. Very disrespectful and me being previously employed as a customer service representative our jobs are to listen.observe. and for sure not hang up the phone on any customer giving business. NOT BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL.
I called back the next day , i got a very sweet young lady .Thank god she was nice to me , i asked her to leave a call back number for KYLE(MANAGER) and whenever he was available to please give me a call back as it is URGENT.
It has been 3 weeks since i left my callback number , yet no call back. I've been too stressed to call back and see what the heck is going on, but i refuse to deal with SUCH DISGUST IN THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
I RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE WHO'S THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY,PLEASE DON'T. RUN FOR YOUR LIFE'S.

So my credit says I’m not paying?! I checked Credit karma. Called the girl, emailed my checks, she’s going to call me back.. I called an an hour later. Lunch. I ve done this 5 times already. The girl Alexis says it’s better to come in. Why? Jeez.

This place is the worst ever,I had a garnish 4 years ago ,they did what they're supposed to do by law,but they still have me like I own then money,now is double with interest, but if they did the garnish and they got what I own them,why I still own them money? plus everyone in there they have no idea what they doing,Jessica is responsible for my account,I had call her so many times ,until today she haven't called me back. I dont recommend this place at all. I give the one star because it was the only way to write my review.
