They work work with Aurora IL dealerships like Durango Auto Corp group that sells defective vehicles. The truck has been having problems since day 1 in the dealerships "shop" it hasnt been repaired in 30 days and now that they made it to after 30 days of "repairing the truck" aka not doing anything to it because once we took it to a certified dealer we found out the truth about the vehicle and it needs like almost $5000 in repairs. the durango dealership wants out of pocket cost of like the $5000 in repairs because its passed the 30 days but the truck has been in their hands practically the whole 30 days because its never been repaired and it's not safe to drive. and this loan place wont help with a refund either. So they want you to get stuck making $500 payments for the 15 thousand dollar loan and on top of that pay the dealership for the repairs of the broke down truck they sold from day 1. I told my bf to stay away from aurora IL dealers and the unknown financing companies they work with that it was better to go to a known name brand dealer with their financing options or a bank loan and unfortunately he did not listen and now hes stuck with this mess for working with consumer financial service and Durango Auto Corp in Aurora IL. Run from these places. They wont hold themselves accountable for anything.

I have used Consumer Financial services for the past few year, I had 3 loans with them. One is paid off, another is about to be paid off. The owner has always worked with me with regards to payments, and has always explained my options and choices and has even come up with alternate ways of setting up my loans that allowed me to decrease my monthly payments.

Not sure why they get such negative reviews at this location, perhaps they are unhappy people that can't pay their bills on time?

People are so rude here. They will hang up on you and answer with an attitude. Called to verify payment due date and was told the date followed by "is that it?" There are plenty of good people looking for jobs so they should really evaluate their staff!

Don’t do any business with these people, one of the worst mistakes I’ve made in my life doing business with them. Terrible service, like others have said, you ask for the manager and they always say he’s busy. Finally got to talk to him and he was a complete jerk. They don’t care about any of their customers.
