Connie's team is so friendly and helpful. Kelly Maple has gone out of her way to help me add policies when my kids started driving and determining if I needed car rental insurance when traveling outside of the country. Our family and extended family has been with this agent for over 25 years. The reasons are because we have trust and faith with the information and direction she and her outstanding staff provide. When we have needed assistance between State Farm Corporate over a claim, she is right there advocating for us or providing the necessary assistance. If she suddenly decided to take her staff and become a broker/agent for another insurance company, we would follow her. Highly recommend this office. We have home and car insurances with Connie Baldwin for more than 10 years now. Recently my daughter sold her car, then drove the family car and the car was broken into when she went out to celebrate the holiday. I was lucky enough to be introduced to Connie and her team by a trusted Real Estate Agent with whom I was house shopping. She's been in the business long enough to have seen it all and it shows in her knowledge with how easy everyone in her office is to work with.

The entire staff is filled with just plain good people. I accidentally got a hold of Connie on her day off and she still dropped everything to help me... you don't find rockstars like that every day. Natalie and the other gals in the office are just as amazing!
