Horrible service and lack of communication! We did our ITIN application and taxes with Martin Feb 2022. When I was sent my copies via email he had put the wrong name for my husband in SOME parts after all that signing and documentation going on. Then he resent me it with the fixed name (no apologies here or anything just resent it).

I emailed Martin about 6-7 times in 2022 and NO REPLY. Called various times and he was always on a call or not there would never get a call back UNTIL my husband called on his behalf in dec 2022 and Martin tells us “oh it got lost on the way to irs and he resent it” we had to ask when did he resend it and he said last week.

WELL guess what? We got a letter 1/24/24 saying it got rejected due to some signatures that were missing and Martin still expected me to resend everything on my behalf to the irs and take up more of MY time to do all of that when I paid him for my services (which he also refused to do a refund)

I am super disappointed! I lost almost a whole year of my time waiting for an ITIN # for my husband for our application to get REJECTED for his mistakes! Now I will have to re do it and pay someone else (still NO refund) someone who’s able to communicate more and more trustworthy. ON TOP OF THAT WAIT TO DO OUR 2023 taxes until I receive that ITIN # (which may take up to 3 months-1 year) something Martin also didn’t know how long it would take not even an estimate he gave us.

When I first came to see Martin and Juan my situation was scary. They helped me through to fix and correct all the nightmare situation my previous accountant left me in. These guys are sharp and will go out and beyond to help you. So grateful for all their help. Keep up the good work guys.
