I recently had an extremely unpleasant encounter with Community Realty and Investments, and I feel compelled to share my negative experience. I parked my car in the lot behind their building during my lunch break, only to find myself trapped when someone irresponsibly parked behind me.

After a frustrating 30-minute search, I finally located the owner of the obstructing vehicle, who turned out to be an employee of Community Realty and Investments. Instead of offering an apology or a solution, she approached me with an obnoxious and rude attitude.

The lady, presumably an employee, blamed me for parking on "private property" when, ironically, she had parked in the middle of the lot, blocking off multiple cars. It was clear that she lacked basic courtesy and responsibility for her actions.

Considering that my parents had positive experiences with this company years ago, it is disheartening to see how much Community Realty and Investments has deteriorated. The behavior of their staff is reflective of a poorly managed and unprofessional environment. The lack of accountability and the dismissive attitude I encountered during this incident speak volumes about the current state of this establishment.

I strongly advise potential clients to reconsider doing business with Community Realty and Investments, as my recent encounter with their staff left me deeply dissatisfied and questioning the integrity of this once-reputable company. It's evident that the level of service and professionalism has taken a significant nosedive, and I would caution anyone considering their services to think twice before engaging with such rude individuals.

They said they were willing to work with me. After filling out and paying for an application I was ghosted by them. Very unprofessional I felt discriminated.

I wouldn't even think twice about doing business with them after seeing what they did to the poor gentleman in the parking lot. I was also in the parking lot when the employee of Community Realty & Investments was barking at him, when in reality, she was at fault for blocking him and incorrectly parking. I had heard mixed reviews about this place, but if this is how they treat someone random, I do not have high hopes for them in general. Then again, maybe the behavior this disgruntled lady showed is typical of someone who drives an Audi TT

Where do I begin? I have invested in real estate for almost 11 years. And it took them 1 month to steal my money. These people are nothing but crooks and liars. Do not step foot into their office unless you want to lose all your assets. When I went to confront them a lady driving a rusty Audi TT confronted me and started using profanity and racist slurs at me including many targeting my African American origins. I am nothing but disgusted and she should post an apology video immediately!
