So for a bank to say community in the title and refuses to offer any service to a customer that does not have an account is truly sad. I went in cash in hand and just needed 10$ worth of quarters and was told sorry can't help you is very unfortunate. Especially when the teller behind the counter is doing absolutely nothing.
