Was just accused of having an attitude problem from the Financial Manager because I asked a question about their “reported” actions from my HOA management company “Maryellen Hill and Associates” . Maryellen Hill told me that CAFS sent a response about my Architectural request submitted ( months with no response) via the CAFS online app but when I called they claimed they have nothing to do with that, only financial transactions…then he say MAYBE the receptionist sent something…when I questioned “maybe” and requested specific answers, he then claimed I had a bad attitude and needed an adjustment…and said my HOA is responsible…so another example of two organizations (CAFS and MARYELLEN HILL) not accepting responsibility and just passing the buck…hard to tell if either is telling the truth! No wonder our fees are so expensive these days, the level of incompetence and lackadaisical attitude is rampant!
