World class service is the only way I can accurately describe my experience with the professionals at the Colonair agency. I recently purchased a new home and with this insane real estate market, it was a very stressful buying experience to say the least. However, because I was working with Maryanne, a highly seasoned insurance professional, getting exactly the right homeowners coverage and documentation was effortless for me. The following year, I purchased a new car that we simply added to my existing policy. A few days later Maryanne contacted me. She had taken the initiative to do some research and saved me over $1300.00 in annual premium. If it were not for Maryanne, I would not have realized that savings. In closing, I highly recommend this institution and can only wish that other businesses take a page from the Colonair book on integrity and customer care. I would never do business with any other agency! I stumbled upon Colonair about 15 years ago when I was in need for a new agency. I searched and found they were close to my home so I gave them a try. I had no idea that I was actually acquiring new friends. My first meeting with Tracey and Bob was so comfortable and friendly. They never hesitate to stop their day to service their customers. I would pop in or call and always get a response. In more current years, I have dealt with Maryanne and she gives the exact same customer service as the owners. They have insured my home and vehicle and on boarded my son and daughter when they began driving. My children are adults now and continue to use Colonair as well. I could write pages about this agency because you don't get this kind of service in any industry. They give old school attention to everyone and they feel like family very quickly. They have also helped me out when life has thrown me curve balls and that is something I will never forget. When someone helps my family they become my friends for life. So if your looking for a new agency, you found the right place. It is personal and caring as well as extremely professional and you have some new friends!
