I met Misty Cochren at a open house and knew that her professionalism & interpersonal skills would be a great fit for us. She assisted us in selling and buying a new home. Misty has such a multifaceted approach to negotiating & advocating for her clients. We found our dream home but there was another offer that was non contingent & ours was contingent, BUT Misty worked her magic and secured our dream home for us!!! We knew from the start of considering to sell our home that we would contact Misty and Stephen Cochren. During packing we caught a bad cold. Stephen and Misty sent us a Comfort Box. They treated us like family not just a customer. Stephen did an excellent job with the sale of our home while we had already moved to another state during the process. He was very professional and kept us in the loop at all times. There were no hidden fees and very reasonable in the market today. He did a great job selling our home in short amount a time and got over asking! If we ever move back to California, they will be the only real estate agents we will contact.

I'm old. I've bought and sold many houses over the years and have a general disdain and not a lot of respect for real estate agents in general.
That changed when I signed on with Stephen Cochren at Just Listed, So Cal.
His demeanor, his knowledge and his effort were unlike anything I had ever experienced before.
From the absolutely epic photographer he had capture the true essence of the home we were trying to sell, to his excellent communication skills, it was NOT the usual stressful situation I'd come to expect from just about every other real estate experience I've ever had.
The experience of buy and selling a home doesn't have to be mind shattering, if you have the right agent.

We needed to complete a few projects and make a few upgrades in order to sell our house and Cochran Realty knew who to hire to get everything done fast and at a reasonable price. Because my husband and I are extremely busy, they were even available to meet with the painters and carpet installers when we couldn’t be home. Our house sold fast, and we were able to move into our new home that we love and is a much better fit for our family. I highly recommend this team!
