Completely Unprofessional Credit Union!!!
My wife and I set up auto pay for a vehicle loan two months ago, and provided a proof of insurance declaration. We were assured that all necessary documents were processed properly. Two months later, we are being threatened with an unsolicited auto insurance payment! Seems like a scam, as we are not receiving answers from the branch office. I think that I'll contact Federal regulatory officals to start an investigation into Coast Hills activities. It looks like they may be secretely, and illegally, adding to the balance of customer's loans! Check your account history carefully!Consumers beware! Do not use Coast Hills!!!
