I have worked through Colorado Insurance Specialists for my insurance needs for many years now. Jaclyn and team are fantastic. Very responsive when I have a question and they provide valuable information regarding my policies, especially around renewal time. Recently I called regarding an increase and they combed through the policy and were able to save me money!! Jackie has been our insurance broker since 2020. She has been wonderfully communicative, patient with our tons of questions, and really dependable throughout the Marshall fire; which affected our home and neighborhood drastically. They have proactively searched for the best insurance prices for our family, and always kept me in the loop with options. After the fire, she helped us revisit all of the coverages to make sure we were in the best spot, made some improvements, and helped us figure out an umbrella policy as well. We've been very pleased with her and her office, and would highly recommend you give them a try.

Our experience with Colorado Insurance Specialists is quite extensive. We currently work with them for all of our insurance needs - home, auto and business - and have been customers of theirs for over 20 years. I am either able to contact them right away or they respond very promptly to my calls or emails. I try to be a responsible consumer and often check rates independently, but have yet to find a better deal. Also, their advice regarding policy coverages and deductibles is well thought out. Jackie and Lei are amazing! They are extremely helpful and friendly and always make sure that I am getting the best premiums! They have the best customer service I have ever experienced! CO Insurance Specialists have been light years better than our previous insurance specialists. They're constantly looking to get me the best deals and they do an incredible job of tracking and keeping me up to date on all of the moving pieces.
