Been with Clemens Ins thru my whole trucking career. Mike and the girls have always been there thru whatever happened or needed. I've had to call Mike after 9pm over an accident for the best way to handle things... Answered and helped on the spot. Highly recommend them to any size company out there. Old school Business with today's needs

My old place of employment uses them for health insurance and other insurances. I’ve had the worst problems with them starting from entering in the wrong birthday and me having claims denied, not setting up my dental insurance correctly and me never even getting the care I needed to get, and now that I’ve quit my previous employer they continued to take my premium out of my last two checks but made my last date of service the day I quit and won’t tell me when they intend to refund me for over payment. Maggie won’t return voicemails and magically every time I call no one is in the office.

You do not have to wait to issue Certificate Holder as all other insurance make you wait or in alot of times you lose load for delay.
