I walked into this place City Best Insurance out of a search online. I liked that it was close to home but the best thing about this place was that I got a better offer. Other places that I went to had irrogant rude agents. If you do not like your job then why are you working there with a attitude is my theory. I was speaking to the Agent at this place and Esteban was very patient and kind. He gave me all the information I needed without asking. Some agents will write up your paperwork and send you out the door without making sure you need to know anything. Thanks Esteban for the offer and working with me.

This company will nickel and dime you like crazy. To add a car to an already existing policy i was told it would be 100.00 and that is not included with insuring it. I found a reputable company that gave me a discount for adding a car. Good bye city best, you are definitely not the best. I didn't get to talk with esteban, it was some female, he would have done me better i know.
