This review is for Cathy, she is beyond amazing, customer service, responsiveness, availability, all of the above! I have been with her for going on a few years now and I couldn't be any happier. I have had a couple hiccups on my end and she was on top of it before me even knowing, informed me and then ensured everything remained in order so I can continue with my business. SCAM ALERT! Don't do business with City Best Insurance Services, Inc.
I contacted them 6 times starting at about 8:30 am on 10/10/22 to cancel my insurance. They said multiple times that day that someone would call me back. As of today, 10/17/22 I have not heard back. I have filed a complaint with the CA dept of Insurance. Since they did a policy that works with Uber, and after trying Uber for a month or so I determined that I was not going to continue. So, I put my car back on Turo for rent, which their policy won't cover. They would likely cancel and deny a claim if one came through. But, they won't cancel from the up front knowledge. Seems like a bad apple in the Insurance business.
