This branch is very unprofessional. They treat you like you are a criminal instead of a customer. I have been a long time time citibank customer over 15 years, And have watch the customer service down.The branch manager sits around and offer no help or assistants. He refuse to look into a situation. I will be taking money and business else where.

Updated Review 2024.
Now I get it why Citibank has lots of low reviews.
Part 1 - the bank itself
I have an old account and I kept putting money on via direct deposit and hardly withdraw anything so I basically allowed Citibank free use of my money. Then I got informed that starting July, Citibank wants to charge monthly fees unless I put more money. Wow!!! That’s a good formula to lose customers.
Part 2 - Some bankers ?
I came to talk to a banker to look at investment options, there was only 1 customer ahead of me and yet they asked me to wait for Hector who with a customer when there were 3 other bankers available. Two were just chatting for a good amount of time on non banking concerns and they were loud. The other banker was begrudgingly forced to see me (while the other bankers continued chatting) after one of the tellers mentioned to him that I’ve been waiting for a while.
Bottom line, the high level of customer service I get with my other financial institutions just wasn’t there.
Now I get it why Citibank, including this branch has low reviews overall.

The manager and the staff in this Citi branch are very rude and unprofessional to customers. Never to get in this branch if you do not want to be in trouble.

My first experience with this bank was awkward and uncomfortable. The person I dealt with was Hector Gomez. He stated to me he was in charge there or was manager at this time. First of all, in a very rude way he tried to send me away by saying I didn’t have an appointment. I showed him the confirmation email with his name. He looked at me and rudely told me to sit down. The guy was dealing with other people during my appointment time. He made me feel judged and asked me questions as if I was doing something wrong. I have never been treated this way at any bank I’ve been to. I was there to do a Power of Attorney. I would never return to this bank, however, this is the closest location to where I live. I had my 14 year old daughter with me who noticed the way he treated me. This man should never be in the position he is in!!! His customer service skills suck!

Not specifically this location CITIBANK in GENERAL !I have financed my Best buy card through them for ten years I've never been late. Last month my bank account was shut down because I had been compromised and I contacted them and let Citibank know this. They still continue to charge me monthly late fees even though I'm explained I'm on social security I've explained the situation to them they're very rude and NOT WILLING to BE OF ANY TYPE OF. I would know a suggest getting a Citibank card through Best buy!

Very bad service. We were in line to deposit to CD and Hector, the account representative and supervisor, cut the line for another customer leaving us and other three customers wait longer on May 28 afternoon.

Worst customer service. Cancelled temporary cards without informing their customers. Not everyone wants to carry around cash. Ridiculous to wait 3-5 days for a card and not offer temporary ones.

There was several seniors in the line and they had one teller. Customer had to ask seniors to sit down while they held there place in line. No staff cared enough to come and ask seniors if they could make them comfortable while waiting.
Bad customer service.
