I originally started with Mr. Damon Cart's State Farm office in Santa Cruz back in late 2010. When his office closed in early 2020, my account was transferred to Cindy Asako Muta Kleinkopf's office. Although I had moved to Turlock, CA, and considered switching to a more local agent, Cindy and her team’s exceptional customer service convinced me to stay.

Even though I’m not local to her office, Cindy and her team have always made me feel like I’m right there with them through their outstanding customer care. They’re always responsive and make me feel valued as a client, regardless of the distance. I trust them so much that I recently added my newly licensed 16-year-old daughter to our policy, and they made sure she had the right coverage and applied any discounts available.

A special thanks to Jordi & Cindy, who were huge helps in answering all my questions regarding add my daughter to my insurance. His support, along with Cindy and the rest of the team, is very much appreciated.

I called the office on a long shot trying to track down a release of lein from a 2015 loan with a different agent, and Jordi went out of his way to research and provide me with the correct State Farm contact. After 5 years of trying to address this issue, Jordi has been the only one who has been able to point me in the right direction. I was subsequently able get this 5+ year issue resolved within an hour of his providing the information. I cannot express how grateful I am for his efforts and how impressed I was by his tenacity and consideration.
