I would stay as far away from this company as possible. I spent $20,000 on a brand new system with this company and we now have water pouring through our attic/ceiling. I called them to get a service technician to come out to address and fix the issue. The lady on the phone was extremely rude and told me the soonest she would get somebody to my house is two weeks away. we were sold a lifetime warranty with our system on parts and the install as it was purchased through Costco and chrome heating and air did the install. it's extremely disappointing when you spend so much money with a company and their lack of service and compassion is next to none. I will never use nor refer chrome, heating and air ever again.

The tech John was knowledgeable, friendly and and professional. Yes. He did not know I was a monthly paying member so he asked me to sign the payment for the service but I corrected his mistake and he went about his way.
