Customer service is good but recently Allstate prices have gone up ridiculously high. I've had my license for 32 years, i don't have tickes or accidents and have never filed a claim yet my monthly payments went from $276 to $398 and all they can say is that everything went up. I went with a different company same coverage for half the price. Search around for a better price.
