Christi is amazing agent. Original I am with other insurance company, I submitted lots of docs and pictures as requested by insurance company for renew policy but it never end. After almost month and half I finaly realized Safeco would never renew it after zero claim for 15 years. I have agent Christi Liang took over the case last week. Day after day she call, text and guide me through this difficult time.. I finally got the insurance again one day before expired.
