Was paying loads more for car & home insurance. Now with State Farm I get better coverage for a better price. Love the online pay option. However, if I need to make a stop in at the office all the ladies working up front are super friendly. So glad I made the change and switched to State Farm!

I was stranded in 108 heat index in KS when my engine seized up. My tow bill for the long, flatbed tow to the nearest dealership was rather large, and my insurance agent came through with flying colors with lickety split service! I love this insurance company. I have been insured with them for over 15 years. It is true, another insurance company tempted me away with low premiums but the customer service wasn't there. And let's face it, when your house or your vehicle has a problem, you have a problem. This insurance company will make sure you aren't standing by yourself. Give them a call.
