We have had a horrible experience with this office . We have been members of State Farm for over 20 years and we were switched to this office because our agent retired. My daughter had an accident on November 25 and I needed to speak with an agent because to this day she still does not have her vehicle repaired. 3 months later and counting. While calling this office I was treated very badly they were rude and even hung up on me a few times . They told the collision company to deal with me because they didn’t want to! This was so unprofessional and I have since moved our policies to another agent. I hope this office does some customer service training. Why do people have to be so rude !

On Sunday March 4 I got a flat tire so I contacted road service using the app . The service will be here within 55 to 85 minutes. I thought that was a little too long so I was thinking of contacting a different towing service then I decided to stay with him one that’s coming what surprise me I was looking for a tow truck, but it was a husband and wife called T & M, in a regular car with their tools in the trunk. I was looking for a tow truck. They did great service the only thing. I didn’t like was the time it took what if it was an emergency I know you guys used to use Monterey garage they told me two hours. I had an issue with them three years ago. The neighbor call the police they Called the Towing company I ended up using UNITED Towing they came in 10 minutes
