I have been with this company for the last four years but it has gone downhill since I initially signed up with them. I kept thinking they would get things figured out but that hasn't happened. The final straw was that I tried to make an appointment about a month before my renewal and was put off until 4 days before. We had a phone call where the agent was unprepared and promised to follow up with some quotes (my current company went up $900 with no changes on my side) but I hadn't heard from her on the renewal day. What is the point of an independent broker if they don't have your back with a $900 increase?

Kim was super diligent in finding us the best coverage at an awesome price for our home, autos, umbrella, RV and home warranty insurance. We got much better coverage with lower deductibles for $2400 a year less than we’d been paying! Thank Kim for working so hard on our behalf.

We would recommend Steve McClintock to anyone who is shopping for insurance. He gave us excellent service: he took all the time we needed to ask questions & receive information. We had been over-paying for our insurance needs for many years without realizing it. Steve found us the very best coverages, better than what we had, for about half what we had been paying. We appreciate personal, person-to-person, service rather than "online shopping", & Steve gives us that in the very best way. We fully expect to be happy with Steve as our insurance agent going forward.
