Jimmy has been amazing!! He always quickly replies to any questions I have and will always make sure I understand everything before we hang up. Choi and Company Insurance was a HUGE help in handling our insurance needs at a time when we needed it most. We had received a letter from our home owners insurance provider letting us now that they were not renewing our policy due to claims that we had filed in recent years. The timing couldn't have been worse as the majority of insurance companies are not writing new policies in California at this time. With multiple claims on our account combined with the recent fires the chances of us finding a reasonably priced premium seemed bleak. Against all odds, Jimmy was able to put together an insurance package that SAVED us money!! We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Choi & Company Insurance for your insurance needs!

When I first purchases a house, I received an estimation of DIC and fire insurance from the agent. He responded quickly to the change of the effective date and helped me with the contents of the insurance and the payment late in the evening. So I finished smoothly. We were so lucky to have Choi and company help us with our insurance switch .
We were with statefarm for over 20 years , and Although their back office was great, it was the claims office for State Farm that wasnt up to par.- they took forever for a claim, and for awhile we were going in circles trying to figure out what was going on .
Jimmy and his team ( Nate) helped us with the switch for our 2 cars, home, and townhome .
They were efficient, courteous, made the switch easy and helped us get the prices we needed.
