Customer service rep was rude , talked over me , cutting me off and when I refuse to answer her question she hang up on me , then when I calls back making multiple attempts she kept sending my call to their automated system. Please follow up and train your customer service rep properly.

I personally do not like when they call all your references when you fall behind on a payment. Like why let others know you’re behind on a car payment they don’t give enough time to call them back. Even if you’re 20$ short they will constantly call you.

I was reading people's reviews when I first started with Challenge. I was told that I had until Friday to make my payment. I tried making it after I got the money (I EVEN TOLD SOMEONE THERE THAT IT MAY BE THE END OF THE DAY BEFORE MY PAYMENT GOES THROUGH) THEY TOOK MY CAR ANYWAY EVEN AFTER I MADE MY PAYMENT! THEY HAVE DEALT WITH ME ENOUGH TO KNOW THAT IF THE CARD DOESN'T GO THROUGH I WILL SUBMIT A PAYMENT ON MY OWN Now I know why everyone is complaining..they also send me texts and emails in Spanish too when I told them a Million times over that I DO NOT SPEAK SPANISH. They keep telling me they will change it and they never do

Buyer beware: do not get your car loan through this company! If I could leave O stars I would!
They lie and harass you. As soon as your payment is not even one day late they start calling you multiple times a day. DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CREDIT CARD ON FILE WITH THEM, they will charge your card without your consent and then lie and said you emailed or text them to charge it. I have bought many cars in my short life time and have never had a financial company be this bad. Oscar is the rudest person and will yell at you over the phone to make your payment. They hack your contacts numbers as their own just so you answer the call. I am most definitely reporting them to the better business bureau ASAP.

I have completed my car purchase with Challenge Financial. When no other financial institution would accept me, Challenge Financial did. Yes they do call as soon as a payment is due, however it is their job and was my responsibility to make my payments on time. Julie was my rep and she did all she could when I needed assistance , she is very understanding and will hear you out. Thank you again !!

DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Staff are rude and constantly harassing, Not professional at all. I just experienced with Roxy a leaner coming to my house 5/17/23. Knocking hard and talking on phone with someone saying “they’re lucky I’m coming with a nice face” we weren’t home and everything got caught on my Ring Camera. Sadly this month I fell behind, and keep being threatened that they’re going to take extreme measures if I don’t make my payment. Again only missed one month no more than that.
they act like understand your situation but they don’t care.They call the day your payment is due and into you make that payment is paid. They have even called my relatives everyday looking for me and harassing them.
I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve been calling to make my last payment with them and they just keep on hanging up on my or sending me to a voicemail call back again a lady answer and transfer me then they hang up on me... ? I’ve always used the online service but I made A payment and says that I’ve never made one when the money was taken out of my account already.

Dealing with this fiancé company has been a night mare, Anna Lopez is rude and she should never deal with customer account she is disrespectful and unprofessional, When asked to speak with a supervisor we were told there is no supervisor on site, We were appointed an assigned rep name Mark and it has been lie after lie after lie regarding vehicle registration here we are 9 months into paying a car note with NO LICENSE PLATE. I wouldn’t recommend this fiancé company to anyone!
