I called initially worried about my policy going up but Maria was able to put my worries at ease and explain that new policies have to be paid in 5 months and was able to adjust some things to really help me out I appreciate her customer service and knowledge dont know too many insurance companies that would do this thank you Maria

Teresa or Teerasa like she calls herself is a super rude employee. I called today 07/09/2024 to cancel my insurance with them after being a member for years and no accidents, due to raising 30% (Over $100+) and she mentioned my last day is the 15th of this month when I clearly have a policy with expiring until the 19th of July 2024. When I expressed myself and said that is no right and she started to give me attitude and cut me off and did not wanted to transfer me to her manager Jose. She also did not wanted to provide me with her name. I had to call again to hear it at the answering moment.

Easy, helpful, professional, and personable. Jose was able to help me, a 23 year old, figuring out how to do insurance on my own now. My situation is unique, but he was able to help me save money and get the best coverage. I know it’s just insurance, however I could not recommend this guy anymore than to say he is the best in the game! 10/10 5 stars would recommend Jose Peña to anyone and everyone!
