The place is a whole joke. Super unprofessional. For context, my fiancé was looking into a vehicle there. it was a $4,300 car & he had a $1,000 down payment. He talked to the owner personally about it & that guy said he would hold it for him ontop of my fiancé letting him know he can pay in FULL however he wanted change in his pocket right now. Fiancé calls up the central loan place & asks for a follow up & they said that it was denied & that other people were looking at it. For starters, they didn’t know the guy had it held for him however, they didn’t express other options or anything with him. Didn’t ask about a higher down payment or etc. Fiancé explains how the guy is holding it for him and that he has the full amount but that he just wanted change and his pocket. To which either jayme or Jennifer goes mute & starts getting snippy with him. So he then asks to put down a $2,000 down payment & then the next day one of them states that it’s going to be a $2,300 down payment. He was okay with that. He asks the owner when he would be in town to sign papers & he said he wouldn’t be in town until Wednesday at around 4pm. Well my fiancé calls up loan office & tells them that he will be in around 4pm Wed. & she goes well he can sign papers but you won’t be able to sign papers until Thursday. & my fiancé had asked why he couldn’t do it Wednesday & she’s like “we close at 5” and he’s like.. “okay I don’t know why I can’t sign papers wed. Aren’t my loans already processed?” & she just starts going “it’s Thursday or we don’t have to do business & u need to be more clear on what ur asking.” repeatedly. So not only basically threatening him but also not even giving him a reason. Not once did she say that it takes more than an hour for my fiancé to sign papers. So when he finally gets over trying to ask this question, he asks her what time they open Thursday & she starts rambling about how he wasn’t asking the question right & to be in Thursday & he got fed up and was like I don’t understand why your having an attitude with me when I was just asking why it can’t be done Wednesday. To which she says that she’s not business & hangs up. Keep in mind her & the owner of challenger were friends AND she wouldn’t listen to my fiancé about how he has college & he would have to do it super early Thursday or around 4pm at the same time. My fiancé called up Steve & told him about the situation & he said it was fine & that he was busy with a sick family member in another state & that he won’t be back for a little while and that we will for sure do the deal. Time comes around & Steve never said anything & ended up selling it. My fiancé was going to pay this guy CASH IN FULL.

Steve’s a pos for ever promising sh*t that was a whole *ss lie. Especially with my fiancé who truly felt bad for him being in another state dealing with somebody that is sick. Just to have completely lied to my fiancé is f*cking sick.

Jennifer is a whole joke with her trashy attitude. She’s a whole embarrassment ontop of the fact that she came into my job one day a few years back asking if I wanted a job at the loan office. LMAO. All she did was b*tch about life so I can imagine she isn’t much of a happy person in general. Which sorry if that’s the case however, don’t take it up on my fiancé.

Lastly, I don’t know Jayme so I can’t say much about her but I would embarrassed to have a coworker like Jennifer and work with a whole joke of a human being.

This loan company is by far the best ever around in Illinois . I’ve been with this company for more than a few years now ! And they all have been awesome .
