I've had Cefcu for over 15 years and have always been happy with the customer service but when I went in for a loan at the canton location Rocky helped us and she was absolutely awful to work with, unprofessional and quite rude. Will NOT be returning to this location due to such nasty behavior and attitude.

We have been banking with CEFCU for a very, very long time. We have had no problems with them and anytime we have a question they have the answer or try to find out the answer. And then they explain it to us so we can understand. 5 Stars CEFCU

This place is the worst, they demand a social security number to open an account, they won't close accounts when directed to do so, and the sales operation manager says a veterans administration id card is not a government issue id and refused to cash a check. Havana national accepted my veterans ID cashed my check and all with a smile. I will not be doing anymore transactions with cefcu

Cefcu in Canton is by far the worst establishment I've ever had the misfortune of doing business with. Went in the to PAY OFF an auto loan. BUT EVERY FORM OF PAYMENT I TRIED WAS DENIED BECAUSE THEY ONLY RUN CARDS AS A CASH ADVANCE PAYMENT SINCE IT ISNT A CARD THROUGH CEFCU. I HAVE YOUR MONEY BUT YOU WONT TAKE THE DAMN PAYMENT. The most ignorant people.

Customer service is horrible, they lost 2 of my husbands loan payments after we got confirmation it was accepted and taken out of our account. Just over all not a good bank, i would give this place -5 stars if it was an option.
