I like this branch of Cathay bank. I use this one when on this side of town. My experience is outstanding at all Cathay Banks. Always friendly, good customer service. You don't have to be Chinese to do banking at Cathay. I have them for my second bank. Taiwan China makes it easy to get cash when I am there. Chase is my other bank. I am not disappointed with Cathay bank.

They really need to expand banking hours most banks open till 6 p.m. now and they are the few that closes at 5 p.m. I got there at 5pm exactly and no dice. Had emergency and needed to wire money urgently. They said tomorrow. Most people work til 5pm and it's hard to get time off to run to bank. I'm closing my accounts plus deposit box from these morons. They came out and explained to me for 4 minutes why they are closed and can't do business, I'm like I could be done with my stuff while you fools are talking!

This office have a lots people working here in office.
Look nice! But they service very slow only one or Tow windows open each time I come here to deposit or payment... 20 minutes or more ?
They have more ten employees work here
