I had no idea how much trouble I could have been in if I had a need for the services of my last insurer. After 20 YEARS of paying premiums and never placing a claim, I received a letter from my insurer canceling my policy and a picture by a Drone and an arrow pointing to a large dark area on the roof and claiming I had "MOLD"
I hired a roofer and someone to take pictures to respond to this charge. The dark area was a shadow of a tree!?! They responded to this information by telling me I had to take pictures from every corner of my roof. I contacted Tony and his response was awesome.
