I have had the opportunity to have Caselli Insurance as my agent for the past 5 years. They are wonderful. I have had 6 claims with them over the years: 1 hail damage, 3 windshields and 2 review mirror claims on various vehicles. Talk about response time. Once I call the turn around time is remarkable. Each time I called I am treated very professionally and with respect. All the claims were handled remarkable fast. Within a few hours Auto Owners had an adjuster on the phone with me to discuss how the claim was going to be handled. Each time the claim went through without a problem. I have received quotes from other agencies: however, no one can come close to the service that I receive from Scott, Christie and Char at Caselli Insurance.

I have had insurance with Caselli for over 40 years. Vehicles, Commercial, Home, Rental properties as well as life. I have always received top notch service and quick response on what few claims I have had. They are the best and they always support the city of Marseilles. A great hometown business.

Update: Because I wrote this review, Scott Caselli went into the Marseilles Police Dept and claimed I was harassing him. It’s not harassment or illegal to leave a review. This is the kind of man he is and I’m sure the MPD have more important things to worry about. Also, take notice that the last time someone left a negative review, they quickly had their friends leave reviews to try and bury it. I won’t be surprised if a slew of wonderful reviews all of the sudden appear.

Whatever you do, don’t rent from Scott Caselli. He’s a cheat and a liar. I rented from him for 3 years and he continuously lied to me about fixing things and everything else. He sent me a lease that he raised the rent $100 and then a week later said he decided to sell the house and had to be out in less than 5 weeks. The only reason he has a business is because he inherited it and the only reason it’s still in business is because his girlfriend runs it. Stay away from anything to do with this scam artist.

I was involved in a car accident. I didn’t know what to do but thanks to Christy from Caselli Insurance everything moved smoothly. She handled everything for me so I didn’t have to deal with the other insurance company and I got an excellent amount for my car. Everything only took 2 days!!! Thank you Christy for everything. You made a very unpleasant time for us professional and easy.

⚠️ WARNING ⚠️Scott and his team in Marseilles or Ottawa can't be trusted, I had a policy for almost a year. When it was time to make a claim they gave me the wrong policy and failed to tell me they didn't cover or write the policy the way I asked them too. It's going to cost me 10,000's out of pocket. You have been warned. Do not trust them with anything.

Reply to Owner: I have came in to your office on mutilations and was either told you were out of the office or my phone number was taken and I was called back be someone else in the Ottawa office.

I made it very clear what I need to cover the Estate and the whole property. You chose to to allow me to pick something that would not cover it and not tell me that it wouldn't cover it. This is not the way a business expectually a small town business should operate. I will make sure everyone in Marseilles is aware of what you did and they can choose to do business with you if they like. It's going to cost me $10,000's of dollars because you either choose not to inform your staff or you did what YOU thought was best. Regardless I will never do business with you again and I hope everyone helds this warning.
