Carrie is a life saver! I have American Family for my home, auto and life insurance for both my husband and I. I have been using her for years! Luckily I have never had to call or use my insurance until the other day. I was driving back from my lunch break and popped a tire. It was raining and I was stranded on the side of the road. Road side told me I had over an hour wait but I called Carrie and she personally called multiple car places in my area to find who could come the fastest and get me back on the road. Within 30 minutes There was a tow truck and worker there to fix my car and help me get back on the road! I have never had an insurance company go above and beyond and I truly appreciate it! It made the experience way less stressful and I was only alittle but late back to work! Thank you again for you and your teams help!
