Went in today to get some of my info changed on my account. Waited patiently as the three ladies were all already busy with customers. Lady to the right of the door got done first so I went to her. I had no problem changing the info but when I asked her about problems signing into the app and website all she told me was to go online and ask Tech support without even trying to help me find the number. Lady to her right, Andie, already had that information for me when I stood up and was really nice where the first one came off as a little on the cold side. I have delt with Andie before on multiple occasions and she is always nice and helpful!
