Carl Bunch is a godsend. During the pandemic, I canceled cable TV because I was staying with my parents, instead of my own place, most of the time. I paid my balance, canceled service, and returned the equipment. However, the cable company continued to bill me. Eventually, the cable company sold my debt to a sleazy debt collector that wouldn't even let me REPAY to debt when I offered! Instead, the debt collector wanted me to pay them a monthly fee to "investigate" the claim. I had offered to repay the debt only because it was dramatically hurting my credit score. So...I reached out to Carl Bunch. CB plugged away for a couple of months and...VOILA! The negative remark was removed from my credit report and my score went up immediately. Great job, Carl!
