For over a week, they've been making baseless excuses for not wiring my money to me, placing more and more hurdles in our path before being able to withdraw money we haven't yet seen. After waiting a week with no valid reason for them to not wire my money, I requested that it be expedited today. They informed me that only a "manager" could facilitate that and the only option was for them to email the manager and inquire if he would be willing to assist us. Then the manager gets to decide whether they want to help or not. We are expected to be awaiting that call, meanwhile, it's Friday again! Banks will be closed for the weekend, and we will have to wait even longer, if the money ever arrives. This experience feels like a scam and is, in my opinion, unethical.

Check reviews on wallet hub! This company is unethical. If you try to take money out they provide inconsistent information. We were told it would be wired this past Monday and now we are being told it may be wired next Monday and this is only after physically going to the San Francisco office to sign something they were supposed to have emailed but still no email! Terrible practices. They get to determine the day they decide to give you your money and the price of the shares on any given closing day on which to give you your money. Still waiting....

Bobbie is an amazing agent to work with. We used her for our 1031 exchange and she was great! She worked hard and researched a lot of things for us that we didn’t even expect. We were out of town buyers and she sent us a lot of pictures when she conducted the walkthrough. She was always available (text/email/phone) and responsive. When we had an issue with our 1031 she was right there and helped us figure it out. Bobbie exceeded our expectations and I highly recommend her. We’ve had agents in the past that did the minimum. I am so glad we met Bobbie and will use her again.
