Total crap that I have funds in the bank
And there is no way to increase my ability
To get more than $2500
Having ten times that amount in this bank
And they caused me to have to stay additional night in Oakland area…. No reason given
Just they won’t help me.
If my money is not made available tmrw
I no longer bank with this institution.
So easy but the powers that be suck !

I love this bank and just California Coast Credit Union in General they are for the people. As well they don't charge you for bogus things unlike,

Wells fargo on the other hand is a rip off especially to many Hispanics who don't know much about banks, Well fargo always find a way to add fees and charges for example by not using your card enough times or of you have less than 500 in your checkings they deduct 10 every month. They are such a joke and they charge you 10 as well to even cash your own check how ridiculous 🙄

My ATM/Debit card is expiring soon. I cannot get anyone from this credit union to answer a phone, read an email, return a call, or communicate at all.

Worst customer service I ever experienced by a bank they did not want to answer questions or explain why certain things were happening...they didnt even want to call customer service to help me and my husband....we got so upset and frustrated we just closed our accounts because of how bad service was we went back to wells Fargo because they are a whole lot better at customer service
