Where is the "remember me" function Why remove it Now I have to remember username and password No weekend reps. And if you make one mistake during a Zelle transaction, they take away your ability to use it, instead of providing a simple error message and allowing you to fix your mistake. You have to call in and ask to have the hold removed. God forbid this happens on a Friday night after hours or during the weekend when there's noone to help. You just can't pay that bill or send that money until the next week. As adults we should have more than one account anyway, but you especially need one when dealing with this place.
