Chelsea with the NC team is GREAT! She was unable to beat my current rate with auto, however she gave me advice on my current policy and explained my coverage in ways my current agent never has! I didn’t know I qualified for a pleasure rating on my car due to working from home, so I called my current agent and it saved me over $100! That is what you call customer service! Helping people who do not have coverage with you means a lot! I will seek her out in the future in hopes to switch!

Terrible customer service from Trisha. I can never get a response to an email. I am not sure I understand the value of an agent that does not even respond. "We're different and we like it that way"...well you might want to redefine that. When the agency was Clark Insurance, I had great customer service from Martin.
