This agency is the worst.
One of our vehicles was involve in an accident about 2 months ago, not only did they added the wrong coverage (only vehicle with a different setup) but we have not even been able to talk to someone there in this period of time.
We are still being charge for coverage of this vehicle and after numerous messages and calls. we are still waiting to speak with one of the branch reps. Just today i gave already called 5 times and no one answers.
We were force into this agency after our previous agent retired and its just been a mess since then.
Stay away from this agency, their quality of service does not reflect all-state service, i don't know how the brand still attaches their name to this mess of a place.

I can't stress enough this is the place to go! Allstate Insurance staff is amazing! Especially Vinny! He is always there to answer any of my questions I have. If he is not available at the time of the call he ALWAYS calls back before the end of day! I appreciate everything you guys do for me and all my needs!

Terrible customer Service. Been trying to rectify their billing error for two months now. No one answers the office phone, when you try to call the 1800 number during office hours you are automatically redirected back to the office. Tony Cigna is not available to speak to, was told to call the 1800 number after office hours to speak with someone. This never happens with NJM

Not responsive. Took over the previous manager who was wonderful. This team is very difficult to work with. I get better response from the central Allstate 800 number

It is surprising that almost two months have passed and to date my advisor Tony Cigna from the Lodi, NJ office; he has not responded to any messages. But they did not take long to send the welcome message and the appreciation of each monthly payment.
I don't know how you charge me, if to date I have come across the unpleasant surprise that my contract is not signed.
From the start of the auto insurance service, $ 211.00 per month with automatic discount, in the method of payment per mile.
You never told me, nor is it written in the contract the payment of $ 1.23 for each car that is not used for the day (I have read each page of the contract and the clause does not appear).
The lack of professionalism is reflected in the sending of contracts with successive corrections.
Therefore, I do not recommend yours services and I hope to terminate this contract as soon as possible.
